Shipping Policy

At Keeping Tyme, every watch listed on our site is in stock and generally ships within 1-2 business days after we receive your order and verification (settlement) from your bank or credit card company. All orders are subject to identity verification. Domestic orders ship via FedEx Standard Overnight and are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Payment by Credit Card

Orders paid by credit card will ship only after the credit card company approves and settles the order. This process typically happens daily at 6 PM EST for orders placed before 2 PM EST the same day. Orders approved before 2 PM EST usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST generally ship on the second business day after approval.

Please note that orders must be shipped to the address on file with your credit card company. If you want your order shipped to a different address, please contact your credit card issuer (number on the back of your card) to place an “alternate shipping address” on file. This notation helps us verify the shipping address and adds a layer of fraud prevention.

All credit card orders undergo fraud verification, which can take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are based on orders received by 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders approved before 2 PM EST will generally ship the next business day. Orders approved after 2 PM EST on Fridays generally ship on Tuesday.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Items ordered together may ship separately.

Payment by Wire Transfer

Orders paid via wire transfer will ship once funds have cleared, confirmed by our bank. The cutoff time for receiving wire payments is 5 PM EST.

Please note we accept only wire transfers — ACH or other electronic transfers are not accepted.

First Come, First Serve

Our watches are also listed on platforms like Chrono24, eBay, Google Checkout, Instagram Shop, and others. We strive to update availability promptly but cannot guarantee any watch’s availability without confirmation.

If a watch is double sold, the customer who placed their order first will receive the watch; subsequent orders will be canceled. This is a rare occurrence.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you want to reserve a watch during weekends or after hours when wire transfer is not possible, we accept deposits to hold the watch until full payment is received. Please contact us at (847) 257-5030 to process deposits.

Payment by Google Checkout

Orders paid through Google Checkout will ship after we receive approval from Google Merchant Services.

Approvals received by 2 PM EST will ship the same day; approvals received after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day.

PayPal Orders

PayPal orders can only be shipped to the verified address on file with PayPal.

International Orders

We offer international shipping for an additional fee. Only wire transfers are accepted for international orders.

Additional Important Notes

  • A physical street address is required. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, including U.S. Territories or Provinces.
  • All U.S. orders ship free via FedEx Standard Overnight insured and are delivered on business days (Monday through Friday). No weekend or holiday deliveries.
  • FedEx is our exclusive shipping carrier. No other shipping methods are accepted through this site at this time.
