Return Policy
At Keeping Tyme, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your watch isn’t exactly as described, you have 24 hours from the date you receive it to request a return. Failure to do this in the above 24 hours window will result in a buy back at our determined price.Â
To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The item must include all original contents.
- You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Watches that have been worn or used will not be eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Sourced & Brokered Watches – Final Sale
Any watch that is specially sourced, custom ordered or brokered through Keeping Tyme at the request of a client is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your watch as soon as it arrives. If you find it damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Right to Cancel Orders
All orders, including initial and additional purchases, are subject to approval by Keeping Tyme and will only be confirmed once accepted by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
